Player One Parent
Easily set boundaries on gaming in your house.
Your kid's gaming, in your control. Daily tokens for your kid, like the arcade: when they're out of tokens, they're out. When you need the computer's internet or gaming turned off, it's all at your fingertips, in one of the most user-friendly ways.

Set up in three moves
No apps to install on your phone, no settings maze. If you can scan a QR code, you're ready.
Scan the code
On your kid's PC, open
p1parent.com/add. Scan the code with your phone and tap Add this PC.Pick the daily tokens
Choose how many tokens they get and how long each lasts. Schedules, school nights and weekends are one screen each.
They press start
Games and YouTube run while a token is in. When it's out, they ask, and you answer from wherever you are.
Fair for them. Easy for you.
Finish the match
Time running out mid-game? A few grace minutes, or a "can I finish?" request you answer from your phone, so nobody rage-quits.
Every control on your phone
Games off, internet off or the whole PC off in one tap. Give tokens or "games until 8:30" from the grocery store.
Messages they can't miss
"Dinner in 5" pops up big on their screen in your color. They answer with one tap. No yelling up the stairs.
Knows their games
Fortnite, Valorant, Roblox, Minecraft and dozens more, plus anything from Steam, Epic or Xbox, and the browser game sites too.
Stats that encourage
Your kid sees their own week: time played, top games, tokens left. Plain numbers, never shaming.
You'll know if it's switched off
If someone stops or removes it, your phone gets an alert. Kids use a standard account, so they can't uninstall it.
“Video games can be great, but they need boundaries. My son used to tell me he couldn't stop mid-game or he'd get banned, and one match always turned into the next. So I built Player One Parent: healthy daily limits on PC gaming, and a simple way for him to ask before he dives into an hour-long game, so I get the chance to say yes, or not tonight.”

Before you press start
Does it work on Mac, Xbox or phones?
Today it's Windows PCs (Windows 10 and 11), controlled from any phone. Android is on the roadmap.
Will it get my kid banned in Valorant or Fortnite?
It doesn't change, inject into or read the game itself. It only decides whether the game is allowed to run, the same way closing it by hand would.
Can my kid just turn it off?
Not from a standard Windows account. And if anyone with admin access stops or removes it, your phone gets an alert.
Do you see what my kid types or watches?
No. We count time per game and whether YouTube or a game site is open. We never read messages, take screenshots or keep browsing history.
What if the internet goes down?
The rules keep working on the PC, and a couple of tokens still work offline. Changes from your phone arrive when it's back.
What does it cost?
Founder families pay $9.99 a month, locked in for as long as you stay. After the founder launch it's $14.99 a month or $119 a year. Every family starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your dashboard in a couple of taps. You keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for, and billing never locks your kid's PC: turning things back on always works.
Insert token.
Keep the peace.
Founder spots are limited. Set it up tonight; it takes about ten minutes.
